Albert Ovidi

Founder & Managing Director

Former Asia Pacific COO of JLL, a Fortune 200 company, where he led operations across 12 countries with 42,000 people and USD 4bn in annual revenue. Running Property & Asset Management, he grew revenue from USD 90m to USD 770m, doubled the workforce from 9,000 to 18,000 and expanded assets under management from 341m to 1.8bn sq ft. He sponsored JLL's first AI-based Property Assistant, later adopted globally, and founded its Global Capability Centre in Gurgaon, India, now home to over 3,000 professionals. A member of JLL's Global Leadership Band (top 120 of 100,000 staff), he held directorships in 10 JLL companies across 6 countries. Albert chairs Apogee, a technology company, holds board advisory roles and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He is a trusted adviser on governance, organisational structure, business processes, investment and strategy.

With 20+ years in digital transformation, Jordan has guided major owners and occupiers through smart-building adoption, technology selection and AI implementation, and today leads the Asia Pacific business of an international indoor mapping platform. He combines an operator's practical instincts with an investor's lens, focused on what actually delivers ROI, not hype. At Dragonfly, Jordan leads technology strategy and our partner platforms.

Darren brings 35+ years of commercial real estate expertise, beginning at JLL and later serving as Managing Director at Colliers International, overseeing 100+ commercial properties across Australia. He has managed some of the country's largest property management tenders and platform builds. Through Dragonfly, Darren advises on institutional-grade property services structuring, FM procurement, and operational transformation across all asset classes.
